We develop innovative products in response to changing investor and development partner needs and market conditions.  At present, our business encompasses the following three main transaction types. 

• IHS provides equity and mezzanine debt for housing developments; we invest in both new-build projects and in the acquisition and renovation of existing properties
• IHS invests across tenures, including homeownership, rental, and institutional leasing
• IHS makes investments in companies that play a vital role in helping to create affordable housing solutions around the world; this may include investments in companies that employ modern methods of construction, clean energy solutions, or the use of financial instruments that are intended to expand the supply of housing opportunities that are affordable to low-to-middle income individuals
