Elize Stroebel, South Africa Country Director

Elize Stroebel is the Country Director responsible for capital sourcing and management in South Africa.  Prior to joining IHS, Ms. Stroebel was the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF), an entity that engages in raising and investing private sector financing in partnership with government of low-to-middle income housing development in the Gauteng Province. She has over 17 years of housing and housing finance experience.

Ms. Stroebel holds a B Proc (Law) from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from the University of Johannesburg.
