Ursula Powidzki, Managing Director of Portfolio Management and Investor Relations

Ursula Powidzki oversees portfolio management and fund administration for the South Africa Workforce Housing Fund.  Prior to joining IHS, Ursula was a key member of MuniMae’s Corporate Credit and Portfolio Management staff. She brings over 20 years of wide ranging experience in the real estate development field, focused primarily on commercial real estate.

Ms. Powidzki holds an urban planning degree from Brown University and has completed finance coursework at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
