Pamela Lamoreaux, Investment Director

Pamela Lamoreaux is an Investment Director for IHS based in South Africa. Her duties include sourcing, structuring and negotiating appropriate affordable housing related investments in South Africa and globally.  Prior to joining IHS, Ms. Lamoreaux was the President of European Housing Finance, a Secondary Market Company that was being established in Istanbul, Turkey.  Ms. Lamoreaux previously was the Manager of the Housing Finance Group within the Global Financial Markets at International Finance. She has also been involved in the establishment of secondary market entities in Korea and Hong Kong and held a variety of positions during her 12 year tenure with Fannie Mae.
