Frank Gormley, Chairman, Howard Eurocape

Frank Gormley is a founder and member of the board of IHS.  He is also Chairman and Founder of Howard Eurocape.   Frank has a wealth of experience in structuring investment and development opportunities with particular emphasis on combining public and private finance to profitably reinvigorate key urban locations.  

Mr. Gormley is a commerce graduate of University College Dublin and qualified as an accountant in 1979.
