David Gibbins, Investment Director

David Gibbins is the Investment Director responsible for business development and capital raising in the United Kingdom.  He has spent more than 25 years in the UK property market, specializing in residential property since 1987.  Prior to joining IHS, he worked as a residential Fund Manager at both Goodman Property Investors and Morley Fund Management.  Mr. Gibbins has extensive experience of residential property management, investment and valuation in roles as in-house residential property advisor to Banque Paribas and The Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company.   He also worked for Cluttons Chartered Surveyors in the Middle East and London, latterly as Partner heading the Central London residential valuation team.  Mr. Gibbins is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc in Land Administration from the University of East London.  He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
