Karen Edlund, Managing Partner

Karen Edlund is Managing Partner ofInternational Housing Solutions (IHS) and a member of the its Senior Management Team. Prior to joining IHS, Ms. Edlund was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Leggat McCall Properties, a real estate construction management, development and investment firm in Boston.

Her prior experience includes 10 years in the affordable housing tax credit business of MuniMae LLC and its predecessor companies, where she was responsible for the financial operations and product structuring for the business.

Previous positions include Treasurer of the Boston Financial Group, Vice President and Treasurer at M/A-COM, Inc, a multi-national microwave electronics and semiconductor manufacturer, and various domestic and international finance roles at Avery-Dennison, the global stationery products company. She serves on the boards of the Financial Executives Institute in Boston and the Real Estate Finance Association.

Ms. Edlund has a BA in French and Economics from Middlebury College and a MS in Finance from Boston College.
