Cathal Conaty, Managing Partner

Cathal Conaty is the Managing Partner and a founder ofInternational Housing Solutions (IHS), and is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the business.  He brings extensive experience in residential property investment, spanning portfolio management, deal structuring and negotiation, financial engineering and the management of major renovation projects.    In various positions over the past fifteen years he has set up and managed private investment funds, served as a Regional Vice President of property management specialising in the turnaround of troubled properties, and represented investors' interests in a variety of market-rate and subsidized properties.

Mr. Conaty holds an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain and a BA from University College Dublin, Ireland.
