Elizabeth Austerberry, United Kingdom Country Director

Elizabeth Austerberry is the Investment Director responsible for business development and capital sourcing in the United Kingdom and has spent more than 20 years working the in the UK residential market.

Ms. Austerberry’s experience includes leading structured finance deals for major lenders, establishing a low-cost home ownership vehicle and working on a number of government-sponsored housing initiatives.

Prior to joining IHS, Ms. Austerberry was a director of DTZ, advising central and local government, Registered Social Landlords and developers on the financing and delivery of affordable housing.

Ms. Austerberry holds an M.A. in History from Oxford University.
