  • UK Residential Housing Investment Opportunities

IHS is presently pursuing dual investment strategies in the UK.  Investors are offered the opportunity to co-invest with IHS in a deal specific basis.  Both investment strategies have the following attributes:

  • Investments concentrated in London, the southeast, and other growth markets
  • Primary source of origination is developers, both public and private sector, serving market niche
  • Secondary source of origination from banks and other investors
  • Opportunities stem from the dislocation of capital and expect this trend to continue

Development Equity Investment Strategy: Co-investment with local developers and property owners to acquire land for development and build new housing:

  • Term: Up to 5 years
  • Average Size: £15 to £20 million

Rental Investment Strategy:  Co-investment with local developers and property managers in acquisition of existing/new real estate for rental use:

  • Term: Up to 10 years
